Products & Specifications
What types of products can your vending machines dispense?
Our vending machines can dispense a wide range of products including snacks, beverages, fresh food, PPE, electronics accessories, and more. We offer snack-only, drink-only, and combination models. Custom configurations are also available for specialized products.
Do you offer refrigerated vending machines?
Yes. We offer both refrigerated and non-refrigerated models. Refrigerated machines maintain temperatures between 2°C-8°C for beverages and perishable items. Dual-zone models with both refrigerated and ambient compartments are also available.
What payment methods do your machines support?
All our machines support cashless payment including NFC (Apple Pay/Google Pay), QR code payment, and credit/debit card readers. Coin and bill acceptors are available as optional add-ons. We support payment gateways for North America, Europe, and Asia.
Can I customize the machine with my brand?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM customization including custom branding, colors, logo placement, and software interface. Minimum order quantities apply for custom orders. Contact us for details.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
For standard models, the minimum order is 1 unit. For custom/OEM orders, minimum quantities start at 10 units depending on the level of customization required.
How do I get a quote?

What is the typical lead time?
Standard models: 15-20 business days. Custom/OEM orders: 30-45 business days depending on complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Contact us with your estimated quantity for a customized price quote.
Shipping & Logistics
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, including all major markets in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We work with international freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
What are the shipping terms?
We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Most orders are shipped from our factory in Guangdong, China via sea freight. Air freight is available for urgent orders at additional cost.
How are the machines packaged?
All machines are packed in reinforced wooden crates with foam padding to protect against transit damage. We can also arrange container loading for bulk orders.

What warranty do you offer?
All vending machines come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. Extended warranty options are available. We also provide lifetime technical support via email, phone, and video call.
Do you provide spare parts?
Yes. We supply all replacement parts including payment modules, coin mechanisms, card readers, compressors, shelving, and control boards. Parts are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Can you help with installation?
We provide detailed installation manuals and video guides. For large orders, we can arrange on-site installation support. Remote video installation assistance is available for all orders.
